The calculator shows the date and time that will occur after the specified hours and minutes.

- You can enter any positive integer in the hours and minutes fields.
- One of the fields can be left empty or set to 0.
- The calculator automatically converts values: for example, entering 90 minutes will be converted to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Similarly, entering 50 hours will be converted to 2 days and 2 hours and added to the start date and time.

The calculator computes the resulting date, day of the week, and time based on the specified start values and hours and minutes to add. The principle is based on continuous unit conversion. If you enter 60 or more in the minutes field, the tool automatically converts the excess to hours. Similarly, hours are converted: accumulating 24 hours turns into full days.
To perform a calculation, set the initial parameters. In the "Start Date" field, select the desired calendar day or click the "Today" button to insert the current date. In the "Start Time" field, enter hours and minutes or use the "Now" button to automatically set the current time.
Then enter values in the "Hours" and "Minutes" fields. You can fill in both fields or just one – an empty field will be treated as zero.
After entering the data, click the "Calculate" button. The result block will appear on screen. It will display the start date and time, the added time broken down into hours and minutes, and the final date and time with the day of the week indicated.
When This Calculation May Be Useful
Logistics and delivery. If the departure time and travel duration are known, the arrival time is calculated. The calculation shows the date and time of goods delivery.
Shift work schedules. You know when a shift starts and its duration. Enter the start time, add the working hours.
Arrival time calculation. The trip takes 7 hours 20 minutes. Enter the start time in the initial time field, then add 7 hours and 20 minutes to the interval. The result is the expected arrival time, accounting for the transition to the next day if the trip falls in the evening.
