Working Days Calculator Between Dates

This tool shows how many working days are between two dates, accounting for weekends and public holidays.

By default, calculation includes the start date and excludes the end date, calculation examples:

01/04 Mon – 08/04 Mon = 5 working days.

01/04 Mon – 05/04 Fri = 4 working days.

You can exclude the start or end date from the calculation using settings. For example, if the application submission day is not counted as a completed working day, disable the "Include start date" option.

Calculation settings

If checked, the start date is counted as a completed day. Otherwise, the start date will be skipped and counting begins from the next day.

If checked, the end date is also counted as a completed day and included in the result. Otherwise, calculation ends on the previous day.

Why does the calculator show fewer days than I expected?

Check your boundary settings. By default, the end date is not included in the calculation. If you need to count the last day, enable the corresponding option in settings.

What does the breakdown table show?

The table displays a list of all dates in the selected period with their status. You can see which days are counted as working days and which are weekends.

What's the difference between working days and calendar days?

Calendar days include all days in a row without exception between dates (including weekends and public holidays). Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
